Delete your Panda Base account or data

1. Delete your whole account

In the app: open Panda Base → Settings → tap Delete account (below Log out) → enter your password (if you have one) and tick the confirmation → Delete my account.
On the website: log in at pandabase.ca → Settings → Delete account → enter your password (if you have one) and confirm.
Can't log in? Email info@pandabase.ca from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”, or use the Contact form. After verifying it's you, we delete the account within 30 days.

Your email, phone number, address, password, profile photo and sign-in links; your display name is replaced with “Deleted user”.
Push-notification devices, watchlist, search and viewing history, notifications and verification codes.
All your listings are removed immediately; their photos and videos are deleted within 180 days.

Messages you already sent in conversations with other users are kept, shown as “Deleted user”, so the other person keeps their chat history and for safety and dispute records.
A restricted safety record of your email address, phone number, display name, most recent sign-in IP address and recent sign-in history, kept for 180 days to investigate fraud or abuse and to respond to lawful requests (such as from law enforcement), then deleted automatically. Only our administrators can access it.
Reports and moderation records (for safety and legal compliance).
Copies in routine server backups are removed when those backups are overwritten.

Listings: Sell tab → open the listing → Delete. It is removed immediately; its photos and videos are deleted within 180 days.
A listing's photos or video: edit the listing → tap ✕ on a photo; it is deleted immediately.
Profile photo: Settings → change photo → Remove photo (deleted immediately).
Address: Settings → clear the address and save.
Conversations: Chats → open the chat → 🗑 removes it from your list (the messages are kept for the other person and safety records).
Watchlist: open the listing → tap Watching to unwatch it.
Anything else (for example your search and viewing history, or a specific message): email info@pandabase.ca saying what you want deleted; we act within 30 days.
